How are my orders delivered?
All of our products are digital and they’re delivered instantly after purchase to the email you provide at the time of checkout. If you have accidentally deleted, misplaced, or haven’t received your purchase, our Customer Support team can help by sending you the products you’re missing.
How do I access my past purchases?

How do I sign up for a subscription to one of the LIOS publications?
You can find all of our subscriptions within the Live and Invest Overseas Bookstore.
How often does my subscription get charged?
Your billing cycle will renew every year for most subscriptions, however for certain subscriptions, such as the Global Property Advisor, you will be on a quarterly (3 month) cycle.

How do I update my credit card information for my subscription?
If you currently have an account created in our store, all you have to do is log in and go to the Payment Methods section to update your details.
How do I cancel or refund a subscription I have with Live and Invest Overseas?
Like everything we publish, our subscriptions comes with our no-hassle money-back guarantee. How do I find information on a specific topic or country?
To find specific information, you have a few options; you can use the search bar located at the top of the website and type in the topic or country you are looking for, e.g. “panama”, you can also visit our country hub where we list most of the countries we cover throughout our website.

Is information provided on your website up-to-date?
We try really hard to keep all of our information up-to-date and as accurate as possible. We provide dates on each of our articles, with each being as complete as possible at the time of publication. However, there are times when information moves faster than we’re able to get it revised. Events
Can I register to take part in an event as a speaker, local provider, or volunteer?
In order to participate as a speaker or service provider for our events, you must send us some additional information depending on the type of speaker. For example, if you want to participate as an expat, you may share your story on how you made all the way to where you’re currently living, and if you’re interested to participate as a local provider (e.g. shipping, real estate, law firms, etc.) you’d need to send us some information about the company you work with or professional experience in the area.

What is included in the registration fee of a conference?
The registration fee for a conference includes attendance for the the full event duration, usually 3-4 days. It also includes two coffee breaks per day, a welcome cocktail party on the first night of the event, free access to the conference space and exhibition hall where the speakers have their stands, and the full set of event recordings bundled into a Home Conference Kit.
Is airfare included in the registration fee for conferences?
Transportation to and from our events, including airfare, is not included in the registration fee.
Can I bring a guest to the event with me?
During the registration process, you may sign up by yourself or include an additional attendee. If you initially register for one attendee, and later wish to add a guest, the cost is US$250 during the early bird pricing period, and US$500 after that period has ended. In cases where you will be bringing additional guests, the full conference rate will be applied at that time.
Do VIP members get discounts to Live and Invest Overseas events?
Depending on which VIP membership you’re a part of, you may be eligible to exclusive discounts, and/or free attendance to some of our different events.
If you aren’t sure whether you’re VIP membership allows attendance to a particular event, please contact our Events team and they can answer any questions you may have.
Do you offer recordings of the live conferences?
We record all of our live events and conferences. Each and every session is recorded, edited, and put together, along with their respective presentation, to produce our Home Conference Kits. These kits are typically ready two weeks after the conference has concluded. All attendees are given a free set of the recordings as part of their attendance.
